Starting 5th July 2022, we’ll be centralizing our call center services to serve you better.

Here is everything you need to know about the changes we have made:

  • Our call center handles both Air France and KLM queries
  • The call center is ready to serve you during the following times:
  • Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm local time in Kenya
  • Saturdays and Sundays, 9am to 6pm local time in Kenya

Are you a Flying Blue Silver, Gold or Platinum Flying Blue member? You have an opportunity to reach us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In order to enjoy this service, have your flying blue number with you as you make your call. Once you enter your Flying Blue number, we will direct you to the 24-hour helpline.
